How long does shipping take within New Zealand?
We offer fast nationwide delivery. Orders placed before 2pm typically arrive within 1-2 business days for the North Island and 2-3 business days for the South Island. Rural deliveries may take an additional 2 days.
Is shipping free on supplement orders?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $70. For orders under this amount, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.95 applies regardless of your location in New Zealand.
What is your return policy for opened products?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements unless there is a confirmed quality issue. Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Do you offer Click and Collect services?
Absolutely. You can select the 'Click and Collect' option at checkout to pick up your order from our Hamilton warehouse or any of our participating retail locations across New Zealand.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as buy-now-pay-later options including Afterpay and Laybuy, and standard bank transfers.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking link from our courier partner (CourierPost or NZ Couriers) so you can monitor its progress in real-time.
