How To Use

Take at least three months prior to trying to conceive to prepare your body for a healthy conception and pregnancy and continue taking throughout pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding to support a healthy mum and baby.

Take 3 capsules a day with food to aid absorption and digestion, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

If you are on thyroid medication, using blood-thinning drugs such as warfarin or if you anticipate surgery, consult with your healthcare practitioner before using this product. 
Mum’s One should be taken 2 hours before or 2 hours after any prescription medication. If on medication, we recommend checking contraindications with your health professional.
